Once the analytical study is completed, the operations must be planned—that is, the implementation of the method found to achieve the set objectives: the actual Management of the property—therefore the verification of the necessary furnishings and their possible supply, deep cleaning, photo shoot, creation of the profile(s) on the main online short-term rental portals, and the promotion of the property—which takes place in parallel with the bureaucratic process necessary for the correct inclusion of the property itself in the tourist rental market.
